The Creed Master

Two Creeds. One Author.

Ashish Zutshi didn't choose sales, and he didn't choose scripture either — he inherited one, and went looking for the other. Both paths eventually led to the same question: how do you stay whole in a world built to hollow you out?

The Enterprise Path

For two decades, Ashish Zutshi has led enterprise sales and client-partnership teams inside some of the world's most demanding technology companies — NewGen Software, Adobe, Cvent, Axtria, and Jinactus Consulting — directing multi-million-dollar pipelines across the UK, US, Europe, and India. He is an AI and Lean Six Sigma certified sales leader, a recognized Salesperson of the Year, and now advises C-suite leaders on AI-first digital transformation. He holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy and a Master's in Global Advanced Management from the University of Cambridge.

That two-decade education in enterprise sales became Sales Redesigned — a complete field manual built around two frameworks Ashish Zutshi created himself: HowToCloseAll, a 13-step closing system built to replace guesswork with a repeatable sequence, and the BOPs framework (Business, Operational, Personal), a discovery method built to surface the real reason a deal moves or dies. Where most sales books teach one fragment of the discipline, Ashish Zutshi built the one that rebuilds the whole floor — fundamentals and AI, together.

The Inner Path

Alongside the boardrooms, a second, quieter education was running in parallel — three decades spent reading the Gita, the Bible, the Quran, and the Buddhist sutras side by side, not as a scholar, but as someone who grew up inside one tradition and refused to stop at its borders. That inheritance became KAL-KEY: One God, A Thousand Masks — a comparative journey through the world's religions tracing the single thread beneath every tradition's telling of creation, flood, sacrifice, and the promised return.

Where the Two Meet

Ashish Zutshi lives in Delhi, where both threads now run through The Elite Creed — a community built on a simple refusal: that peak performance and inner peace were ever supposed to be a choice. He writes and speaks on enterprise sales, AI-era leadership, and comparative consciousness, teaching what he calls detached action — mastering the outer game without losing the inner one.
